Fujian Tianbaoyan National Nature Reserve is located in the mid-subtropical maritime monsoon climate zone, characterized by distinct seasons, a warm and humid climate, and superior conditions of sunlight, heat, and water. The ecosystem within the reserve is extremely diverse, with an average annual precipitation of 2039 millimeters, mostly concentrated from May to September, and an average annual relative humidity of over 80%. During this period, seas of clouds often appear, shrouding the valleys with mist that steams and churns under the blue sky and white clouds. The silver pheasants freely leap and dance among the bamboo forests and pine trees, their white feathers resembling fairies weaving through the woods.
